Episode 142: Uncover Hidden Solutions for Better Sleep in the Postpartum Period Insights from Martha Lewis

Hey Mamas!

In our latest podcast episode, we interviewed Martha Lewis who is the founder of Complete Sleep Solution. While she started out as a pediatric sleep consultant after her children were born she switched over to helping adults because of her own journey and personal discoveries regarding sleep.

If you have every felt like you were doing “all the things” that these experts say to do and you still found yourself frustrated because it’s still not working for you and you still can’t seem to find answers this is where she helps the most with her functional lab testing and expert opinion on the matter.

While Martha’s main focus is insomnia she mentions how this along with brain fog and fatigue are symptoms that we are experiencing because something is off in our bodies that need our attention. When we tend to self diagnose in these situations we may be navigating down a path that is actually driving us further away from a solution.

Even if you aren’t having issues with sleep this is such an interesting episode since we dive into different hormonal testing and options that are available to you that you may otherwise not be aware of.
